I have a chronic illness, but I don’t want to spend hours waiting for the doctor in a public hospital. What is the best alternative?

Medical clinics are a type of medical facility that provides outpatient services, which means that you can return back home once you receive the appropriate medical care. These clinics offer everything from diagnostic and therapeutic to preventive outpatient services that can be operated by the government, privately or publicly. In an independent medical clinic, you have to make an appointment beforehand, although some clinics also accept walk-in patients as well. Following are some of the main health-related services offered by clinics that you can acquire:

        routine medical care
        preventive care
        Immediate medical attention
mental health, sexual health, or addiction services
