Government has no right under the US Constitution to mandate or force in any way a person’s freedom to choosing to take a vaccination. This is especially valid when the federal government has entered into a public/private contract with companies providing that vaccination with no liability and no standard testing. Otherwise the vaccination is purely experimental and solely up to the individual to choose to take.
