If your business or farm can only survive with cheap labor you need to persuade your politicians to vote out the minimum wage. If your business or farm can only survive by hiring criminals then you are legally harboring a criminal and in violation of the law.
If your business or farm cannot make a profit without breaking the law then sell your business to someone who can do a better job than you while following the law. If you believe that immigration restrictions are too strict, have your politicians enact new laws to facilitate less restrictive legal immigration.
If you believe in open borders lead by example and unlock your doors and advertise that fact. If you do not believe in the supremacy of the US Constitution move out of country and leave me alone.
